Currently overwhelmed by some good reviews from callers who said I was an okay tech support. Even with the dratted cold I can still support you, universe, just don't happen to have a computer that needs a motherboard, hard drive, and an os reinstall, please 'kay thanks! This rating thing does mean I've been taking in less calls, something I'm gonna get over tomorrow and next week, when I don't have cases that will carry over for help.
