Repo: the genetic opera is one of the things I found while running through fandomsecrets, and despite that Paris Hilton has a character with an inordinate amount of love for surgeries in the film, I think it's going to be v. cool. Also I do think I can survive the gore - anyone up for a partee when we find it online *coughsamsuchapiratecoughs*

The site features the official trailer, but this was the first trailer shown for the movie, and features the main characters singing what I believe is At the Opera tonight. Bonus points to the person who figures out who the Repo Man is without looking it up. The trailer features a summary of what the story is all about, and I can't sum it up any better than that. ^_^;;;

Edit: Reference books After spending 255 in Booksale, I got a couple of novels including Diana Gabaldon's Outlander (did I get the right one mierin_lanfear?) and the following: The Inner Game of Tennis by W. Timothy Gallway, The Proper Care of Marine Aquarium Fishes by Scott Meyer, and Judging the Jury by Valerie Hans and Neil Vidmar. The fandoms I purchased these for are glaringly obvious.
