It's going to be a busy weekend because I plan to watch HBP even if I watch it alone. I got osmalic, but I'm still trying to reach Jenny and Oui to see if they're free. That, and the upcoming deadlines are killing me a little bit.

Fic:
- HikaGo fic of doom, involving princesses. It is not as funny as it sounds - due sometime this July.
- Femgenficathon (I'm not really sure how I got into this) - due September first.

Art:
- Retrofest Prompt: Remus likes to watch Severus at work with his potions - due end of July
- filler art for Chocolate and Asphodael - due this weekend
- prompt: leilia's, wunder's and osmalic's - personal deadlines, I'm such a slacker ^^;

I guess people do have a skill they're more comfortable with when it comes to fandom. I've found doing something with the hands is much easier than thinking about how people would react to unknown scenarios in fiction. it could be that I run out of words every day because of the work I'm in, or my natural reserve is keeping me from getting into character in the past few months. I've got around a dozen beginnings for Hikaru no Go fics lying around in my hard drive, and I'm worried that if this tendency to art rather than fic continues, they'll be there for the better part of the rest of the year. =( I'd actually write at a better rate if not for my tendency to draw Erlkonig Sai and Ogata whenever I'm free.
