It's Rain(ing) in Manila.
Pun totally intended, and no, we've had pretty good weather this week so far. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the sunshine will hold until Sunday for my trip to the Manila BookFair/Best of Anime con at SMX with my sister and ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

This post will just be pictures and random bits of commentary. I'm zoning out and I have to do two straight shifts later!
Totally skipped on a team GA for the Rain concert. We already had tickets when my former TL told me they were going to stay overnight in a hotel. ^_^ Anyway, we were there by 6pm, bearing Pringles and food, when we were told food weren't allowed in the concert venue! We didn't even get the chance to enjoy the new Pringles (Lemon Sesame and Blueberry) but at least we got there early enough that we were near the front of our section.
Christian Bautista, who started the show. I wish I had a clearer picture of him, but I was still adjusting the camera by this time.
U-KISS performing. Every time he came up front the fangirls squealed, loudly.
I admit I'm not too fond of U-KISS's music. Their songs sound the same if you play them in one go. But boy, aren't they cute! :P
I think this is them singing their second to the last song, which was "End of the Road" by Boys II Men.
The good thing about their group was they know exactly what sort of fanservice their fans wanted. So some of them danced and one of them showed off his abs. >_>
But really, we were all here for one man, and one man alone. :D

Ah Rain dancing~♥
The words on the screen pretty much echoed what the crowd thought. Those hips~♥
Not my favorite Rain song, but oh, just seeing Rain do it live is good *w*
But all good things must come to an end. ;_;
BTW, just in case anyone wants new icons I can, uh, make them for you. Samples of some icons I made for people over at the RL/SS comm are here and here. Just give me a link to the picture you want to be iconed, I guess.
