Well, the layout pretty much came with those rounded corners, so I only had trouble with making the banner suit the rest of the page. This (http://matthom.com/archive/2004/09/10/fast-rounded-corners-in-photoshop) is pretty much how I did rounded edges for the banner, and then I set the image type to png-24 with transparency on. Setting it to PNG-8 leaves white gritty edges around the picture. :(
