I got my first escalation today. That means I'm now officially immersed in the life. I thought it was strange how I never get to call my TL over to talk to a customer, and I realize that it's really, really stressful trying to log what the customer is saying whilst he rant and swear about something that isn't your fault. D: Anyhow, I'm taking the opportunity to sleep in because later I'll be leaving for my shift tomorrow. AND I decided to be insane and do a sixth day OT next Monday evening. Let's just hope that will turn out okay. ^^;

I purchased four movies because three malls in Makati are having a sale. I got The Princess Bride, which I've never watched before, a copy of Cirque du Soleil's Corteo, and Star Trek movies III and IV. I won't be making Star Trek fanfic n-no....*in denial*

My training group was finally released at 2:30 pm today because we discussed what to do for tomorrow's call certification. I'm still kinda pissed the QA didn't give me consideration for the first round of quarp which I failed by 0.41% (passing was at 90%), when the training database was having issues and I had to verify the identity of my RP caller six times because whatever I do, our entries wouldn't match. >_< And then my computer proceeded to hang just as I was about to transfer the call, so I performed the case logging on a different system. By that time I was so frustrated by it all I made an error as I was profiling the call - my weakness on this are transfers - but I made up for it by acing the second one easily (dealt with some lcd replacement). Today's quarp seems to go fine (cd/dvd combo that didn't seem to work, but it turns out the cd was defective), but I might have a major markdown due to someone pressing the mute button while I was on hold. >_< *kills teammate so very slowly*

Tomorrow is call certification, my greatest and final hurdle. Pleaseletmepassandlet'sgetthisoverwith. TwT

So uh, I got home at 5:15p.m., and fell asleep on the sofa without changing out of my workclothes. Mom woke me at 9 p.m. to get ready for the trip back. It's 9:27p.m. now and I've eaten while reading about how y'all have been, and I'm going to take a bath, get to work, sleep in the lounge till around 2am, then get to reviewing my QA notes and call profiling guides. What I'm basically saying here is I haven't been photoshopping as I said I would, I'm so sorry about it! T_T I-I'll be back to normal come tomorrow, I think.

Also, I'm currently winning the race for dispatches with errors (god DAMN mobile numbers not matching area codes) so that means if no one gets 4 errors before Thursday I'm going to thread the class to a case of beer for GA. Good thing I don't drink. >_<;;;

Also: Payday tomorrow. YAY!

I finally got in the groove to draw anything besides lopsided faces, and why do I have a plot bunny of Kingdom Hearts x Vagrant Story x Harry Potter and pleasedon'tlookatmelikeIwentinsane.

osmalic and kakyou024 , sorry if I've been such a slowpoke with what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm trying to level up my call center agent skill levels to "Need only four hours of sleep to function", but apparently I don't have enough exp for that yet. *facepalms* Feel free to whap me, or curse me, or whatever, I should've been done with this already. I'll make it up to you somehow. Oh, and fonts. Right. I should send them to you, my bad, osmalic!

I'm considering purchasing an mp3 player or a scanner, and I cannot decide. Any suggestions? A scanner at home would be great, but I'm worried about Figaro's power supply; it's been conking out a little too often. The smell of burn plastic occurs every time we turn him on now, and really, he's stuck with us for quite a while. We might have to buy a new chassis for him before I can indulge in a scanner, since it seems the P/S and motherboard is integrated to the chassis we have right now. I can always purchase one of those 512mB things in CD-R king or PC Express so I can purchase a scanner as well. I'm a person who likes her music on repeat, and 1gB of music for everyday = insanity and what would I do with all that space? ^^;

Ariri-nee, if I connect the world of HP to Kingdom Hearts, and have Heartless = Dementors and just go bonkers with their definition of terms, I can set that HPxVS crossover post-book 7, and we don't have to make Ashley into a DADA professor. I can't help it, who was the one who showed me that fic with Leon having to test newcomers in Traverse Town and the Heartless that was humping Sydney's leg ftw. >_<; In short, I need a ps emulator on Figaro and a VS cd. Come here, pretty Sydney, let's play the hunting game with the Dark together! *coughs* And I just know I can work in Delita's shade somewhere. *wibbles for a PSP*

Last week in transition queue next week, and that means if I pass, I'll probably get a night schedule soon. *crosses fingers* The other TQ team is scheduled for 10pm-6am already, which I realize isn't really an advantage for them, because they have to deal with calls on regular hours already. All I know is I'm doing my best to keep my metrics up, and I don't mind if I don't have a night schedule yet, since that means I can still do avail at around noon. *laughs* I'm enjoying the break while I can.
